It’s official! Gretchen and Jenn have signed the lease for 201 Penniman Road. The space needs updating to bring it up to their exacting standards, and they both want to minimize the impact on the current coworkers at the Ingram Road space.
As things get closer to being sorted, there will be more updates but in the meantime here’s what we know:
We've had a bit of delay getting everything up to standard, so we'll be staying at the Ingram Road location for another month and looking to be up and running at 2.0 in August.
There will be a new pricing structure as well.
Private Office $550
Private offices are limited and most of them are already spoken for. If you’d like an office, you need to make a $250 deposit and sign a six month commitment, and you need to fill out this paperwork. Private office gets you 24-7 access to the building, use of the flex and conference/class room spaces during all hours, and your very own office in our thriving community.
Keyed Member $250
You get a key to the building! You’ll have 24-7 access to any of the common work spaces, and the ability to reserve the flex and conference/class rooms (even after hours) as part of your membership. This is a month to month membership with no deposit necessary.
Monthly Member $150
Come by anytime between 8-5 and get your work done in one of the common work spaces. You’ll also have the ability to reserve the flex space during normal operating hours for meetings. This is a month to month membership with no deposit necessary.
Mini Member $100
Come by four (4) times a month between 8-5 to work in the common work spaces! Extra days can be purchased by Mini Members at $15 a day. Mini Members can reserve the flex space for meetings during their workday. This is a month to month membership with no deposit necessary.
Conference Room Rental
There are three spaces available to rent without being a member. Details forthcoming.
